The joint building is open on weekdays 8:00–17:00. The house has two entrances, one of which is on the side of Suur-Ameerika Street and the other on the side of Pärnu Road. The joint building is located in a place easily accessible by public transport, the nearest bus and tram stops are “Kosmos” and “Vineeri”, and if you are coming by train, the Lilleküla Station.
Guests of the joint building are registered with the administrator on the basis of an identity document. From the lobby to the meeting rooms, guests can generally proceed with an escort.
In the joint building, we welcome only healthy people without symptoms of illness for meetings.
In the lobby in front of the administrators of the joint building, as a public area, wearing a mask is mandatory. Wearing a mask is recommended in other areas of the joint building. It is recommended to wear a mask at meetings and it is decided by the organiser of the meeting.
The joint building accessibility and parking
The entrances are at street level, but it is more convenient for visitors in wheelchairs to enter the building from the Suur-America Street side, where there are automatic sliding doors. The opening range of the main entrance sliding door is 120 cm.
On the side of Pärnu Road, the street stone has been roughened during installation, the turning points are marked with cobblestones, and the extra lane is marked from the disabled parking space. When entering through the front doors of the joint building, on the 1st floor, the guideways are marked with roughened tape, which lead to the lobby administrators when entering the building from the front doors, and after the visitor has registered, from there through the turnstiles to the meeting rooms and toilet on the 1st floor. The Kuusk conference room on the first floor is equipped with a system suitable for the hearing impaired.
Larger meeting rooms, a press room, a conference room and a cafe are located on the 1st floor of the joint building. - There is a canteen on the 1st floor, access to it is either via the stairs or the lift.
The elevators are accessible and can be used by wheelchair users.

The disabled toilet is located on the first floor and the toilet is marked with a wheelchair sign on the door. The doorway of the disabled toilet has no threshold and meets international disability standards.
The joint building is located in the paid parking zone of the city centre. Passengers can get off the vehicle and board it on the side of Suur-Ameerika Street.
Disabled parking spaces are located on the side of the joint building in the restricted area with a barrier gate on the side of Pärnu Road (2 spaces, about 15 metres from the entrance on Pärnu Road and about 30 metres from Suur-America Street). When visiting the joint building, you may use the parking spaces in the restricted area with barrier gates to park your own vehicle or a service vehicle. Please inform the staff member who invited the guest in advance of the relevant requirement.
