Our values: we are A.O.C.!
AMBITIOUS
We dare to think outside the box: we speak out, decide, do, find solutions, see the future, take risks, say "no" if necessary, have a different opinion, remain ourselves and admit our mistakes. We are AI-powered – innovative and smart – resourceful to do new things, create trends and initiate important changes.
OPEN-MINDED
We involve different parties, we are curious, we initiate and we are open to new ideas, we know how to see the big picture, we simply explain and communicate, we are tolerant, we believe in cooperation and we value transparent decisions.
COMPETENT
We are experts in our field, trend-aware advocates of the sector, we know what we do and where we want to go, we can be trusted because we keep our promises, we are effective, we make knowledge-based and responsible decisions, we care about continuous development and we learn every day.
MEAC as an employer
We notice development potential and support such development
We fully support people's desire to develop and improve themselves. To this end, we enable movement within the organisation and offer development and training opportunities both in Estonia and abroad.
We care about health and are sporty
We pay great attention to people's health: we participate in the state officials' cup series, health runs, we have concluded agreements for visiting sports clubs on favourable terms, and it is also possible to use a gym in our premises.
We value traditions and recognise hard-working achievements
We know that a successful team breathes in one rhythm, and to achieve this, we organise traditional joint events and recognise our people – we bestow annual titles and thank our long-service employees.
