Teenuste baasstatistika kanalite ja asutuste lõikes. Osutamiste arv näitab, mitu korda teenust osutati. Aasta rahulolu näitab, kui rahulolevate klientide osakaalu. Aasta halduskulu näitab teenuse osutamise kulu asutusele. Kliendi halduskoormus näitab, kui palju aega kulus klientidel kokku teenuse tarbimiseks konkreetses kanalis.
