    • The Estonian Civil Aviation Administration
    • The Estonian Road Administration
      • The Estonian Road Administration implements the national policies and development plans, carries out state surveillance and issues precepts, for the performance of obligations, specified by law, in the sphere of road maintenance/management, traffic safety, public transport and environmental safety of means of transport.
    • The Estonian Information System’s Authority (EISA)
      • The Estonian Information System’s Authority (EISA) co-ordinates the development and administration of state information systems, co-ordinates information security related activities and processes any security incidents that take place in Estonian computer networks. The EISA will consult the providers of public services on suitable administrating of information systems and conduct surveillance over their activities. In addition, the EISA is also a priority intermediate body for the European Union Structural Funds.
    • The Consumer Protection Authority
      • The Consumer Protection Authority carries out state surveillance and issues precepts for the performance of obligations, specified by law, in the sphere of consumer protection.
    • The Technical Regulatory Authority
      • The Technical Regulatory Authority carries out state surveillance, issues precepts for the performance of obligations, specified by law, and handles offences in the following spheres: electronic communication, information society services, broadcasting frequency administration and media services, registration of digital signature certification and providers of time stamp services, railway, excavations, handling of explosives and pyrotechnical materials, dangerous chemicals, safety of pressure equipment, lifting equipment, machines, heating gas and electricity, construction and legal metrology.
    • The Estonian Maritime Administration
      • The areas of activity of the Estonian Maritime Administration include state surveillance and issue of precepts, for the performance of obligations, specified by law, in the sphere of ensuring safe and secure traffic by water in the marine territories of the Republic of Estonia and on navigable inland bodies of water.

    • NGO Estonian Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Centre
      • NGO Estonian Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Centre offers support services in the sphere of intellectual property and technology transfer. The Centre carries out various intellectual property studies and offers information services. Where appropriate, enterprises are advised on intellectual property issues and trainings are organised.
    • NGO Estonian Centre for Standardisation
      • NGO Estonian Centre for Standardisation operates as Estonian standardisation organisation as provided by the Product Conformity Attestation Act. The purpose of the activities, pursued by the Centre for Standardisation, include development and publication of standards, creation of an environment, suitable for standardisation efforts and to represent Estonia within the sphere of international standardisation.

        Establishing members of the Centre for Standardisation are the Republic of Estonia, Estonian Chamber of Trade and Industry and the Estonian Employers Confederation.
    • NGO Estonian National Committee of the World Energy Council
      • Main activities of the NGO Estonian National Committee of the World Energy Council include representation of the interests of its members in the work of the World Energy Council and being an umbrella organisation for all the Estonian energy sector stakeholders and interest groups. The main aims are the promotion of sustainable energy supply and consumption, according to the agenda of the World Energy Council.

        The members of the NGO Estonian National Committee of the World Energy Council are the Republic of Estonia, Eesti Energia AS, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonian Academy of Sciences, AS Eesti Gaas, the Estonian Gas Association, the Estonian Power Industry Association.
    • NGO Estonian Museum of Economic History
      • NGO Estonian Museum of Economic History is involved in studying the history of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and, after the merger of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Roads and Communications in November 2002, also the history of the Ministry of Roads and Communications of the Republic of Estonia. The museum has also started a collection of materials that cover the development of larger production companies of Estonia (the Tallinn Plant of Machinery, Estonian Cable, Red RET, Russian-Baltic factory (dating back to 1918).

    • EAK ( Foundation Estonian Accreditation Centre )
      • The main business of Foundation Estonian Accreditation Centre includes the evaluation of competence and accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories and entities that carry out certification and inspections and conduct of surveillance over attested and accredited institutions.

    • The Estonian Internet Foundation (EIS)
      • The main activities of the Estonian Internet Foundation include the representation of the Estonian Internet community, including within the international Internet community, incl. ICANN, and handling of the management of Estonia's top-level domain and ensuring its security.

      • EE is among the largest institutions that form a part of state entrepreneurship support system, offering financial products, consultations, co-operation opportunities and training for entrepreneurs, research institutions, public and third sector.

      • The main goals of the foundation Ida-Virumaa Industrial Areas Development include the development of economic environment in five of the local governments of Ida-Virumaa, characterised by long-standing industrial traditions (Narva, Jõhvi, Kohtla-Järve, Püssi, Kiviõli).

      • KredEx organises the issue of securities and guarantees. The main activities involve the improvement of funding options, available to Estonian small enterprises, reducing export-related credit risks and allowing people to build or renovate their homes.
