Electronic Communications Act
The purpose of this Act is to create the necessary conditions for the development of electronic communication to promote the development of electronic communications networks and communications services without giving preference to specific technologies and to ensure the protection of the interests of users of electronic communications services by promoting free competition and the purposeful and fair planning, assignment and use of radio frequencies and numbering.
This Act provides requirements for the publicly available electronic communications networks and communications services, radiocommunication, management of radio frequencies and numbering, apparatus and state supervision over compliance with the requirements and liability for violation of the requirements.
